There is a special duty of 0.5% of the share capital, which must be paid by the newly formed company within 14 days of the signing of the Memorandum of Association.

In subsequent years, the 15% rate applies only to companies whose operating income for the current year does not exceed EUR 1,200,000. Otherwise, the tax rate will be 19%.
